Project Manager - Skill Development
Must have knowledge of Skill Development projects like DDU-GKY, PMKVY, State level programs, central govt programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training programme, implemented in the state.
Coordinate and communicate about the program to the government department officials, extension workers, State Universities, etc.
Understand the course content, plan and conduct Training of Trainers who in turn delivers it to the students within a given time frame.
Give feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that the information students receive remains relevant, accurate and up to date.
Take feedback from trainer on content and assisting Content Development team in developing the course content.
Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-7 years of field work experience.
SOP Certification is Mandatory.
Native Proficiency in Local Language.
Ready to travel extensively.
Very good communication and networking skills.
Trainers for Skill Development Course
Provide education to the students enrolled for skill development courses.

Conduct periodic assessments and feedbacks from students and maintaining all the records.
Report all the events and maintain good communication with the institute.
Build strong relationships, provide strong presentation & negotiation skills.
Graduate/Post Graduate candidates with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
